Code Enforcement
The City of Pasadena's Inspection Services Division maintains and improves the city's housing stock and neighborhoods through development of ordinances, enforcement of the city's zoning, housing and environmental health codes, graffiti removal, and the Maintenance Assistance and Services to Homeowners (MASH) Program.

Be prepared to provide the following information: the exact address of the suspected violation, specific details of the complaint, your name, and your daytime telephone number. The city cannot process complaints without all of this information.
