If you enjoy delving into neighborhood history, put Tuesday,
October 26 on your "save the date" calendar. That’s when the
Pasadena Museum of History launches its new "Neighborhood Nights"
lecture series with a presentation on the rich history of our own
Linda Vista area.
The lecture will be free to museum members. Non-members will be
charged $10 to offset refreshment costs. A reception starting at 6
p.m. will precede the lecture, which begins at 6:30 p.m. The
presentation will include slides, pictures and video images of Linda
Vista.
The museum library, archives and exhibition galleries will remain
open after the lecture, and refreshments may again be taken.
The "Neighborhood Nights" lecture series will resume in 2005 with
presentations on other Pasadena-area communities.
