"As we continue working to limit excessive impacts of the Art Center Master Plan on the community we will continue to incur costs," wrote LVAA President, Norman Parker, in
this year's appeal to members. "Soon, we expect to undertake a joint effort with the City for traffic studies of Linda Vista, Lida Street, and the Arroyo Seco corridors in the hope of improving traffic controls and mitigation. We must also factor in the usual, ongoing costs of insurance, landscaping, communications, and administration."
