Linda Vista Area Neighborhood Transportation Management Program (NTMP)

In February 2010, the City of Pasadena's Department of Transportation initiated a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) in our neighborhood.

NTMP is a comprehensive process for managing traffic volume, traffic speeds, and traffic-related noise on local streets. The Linda Vista~Annandale Association has asked the City of Pasadena for the last several years to initiate this study in our neighborhood to address concerns with the volume and speed of traffic in our area.

To begin the first phase of the NTMP process, a survey was mailed by the Department of Transportation to the neighborhood (mid-February 2010) to allow neighbors to identify their specific traffic-related concerns and explore potential solutions.

Approximately 220 responses were received by the Department of Transportation and then shared at a neighborhood meeting on May 19, 2010, held in the Rose Bowl Stadium Media Room.

Please note that the suggested solutions in this presentation are those provided by the neighborhood and not necessarily endorsed by the Transportation Department.
