Welcome to the Website of the Linda Vista / Annandale Association (LVAA)

Incorporated in 1930, the Linda Vista-Annandale Association is a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation dedicated to the improvement and development of the Linda Vista-Annandale area of Pasadena, and promotion of the general welfare of Linda Vista-Annandale residents.

The Linda Vista-Annandale area consists of roughly 2.5 square miles, extending from the west bank of the Arroyo Seco to the ridge of the Linda Vista Hills, and from the Devil's Gate Dam on the north to Colorado Boulevard on the south.

Linda Vista-Annandale is a quiet, tree-lined, hillside community with a public library, fire station, park, elementary school, and the Art Center College of Design representing its public buildings.  The neighborhood includes approximately 1,350 homes.

The LVAA is governed by a 21-member rotating Board of Directors (1/3 of whom are elected at each Annual Meeting), which focuses its efforts on neighborhood beautification, Arroyo and Rose Bowl-related matters, traffic and safety concerns, and zoning and hillside issues.
